Your account: signing in, email/phone, profile, deletion

You sign in with your email or phone number using a one-time code, or with Google or Apple. Zeno24 follows your phone's language; there is no language setting in the app.

Add or change your email or phone number

1. Open Settings from the profile button on the map.
2. Tap Account Manage.
3. Tap Email address or Phone number.
4. Enter the new one.
5. Type the one-time code sent to it.

The new address or number replaces the old one only after that code is confirmed.

⚠️ If you sign in with Google or Apple, add an email or phone number anyway. Signing in that way puts no address on your account, which means there is nowhere to send a code — and the web deletion page below cannot help you until there is one. Apple's Hide My Email makes it sharper still: the relay address does receive mail, but you have never seen it and cannot type it in.

Change your name or photo

1. Open Settings from the profile button on the map.
2. Tap Account Manage.
3. Open your profile and edit your name or photo.

Sign out

1. Open Settings from the profile button on the map.
2. Tap Log out and confirm.

You will need to sign in again to see your circle. Nothing is deleted.

Delete your account, in the app

1. Open Settings from the profile button on the map.
2. Tap Account Manage.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm.

Delete your account without installing anything

1. Go to zeno24.com/delete-account in any browser.
2. Enter the email or phone number on your account.
3. Type the one-time code sent to it.
4. Confirm the deletion.

This does not sign you out of the app.

What deletion actually does

Deletion has a 30-day grace period. Signing back in during those 30 days cancels it. After 30 days everything is removed permanently and cannot be recovered.

If you own circles, deal with them first: an owner cannot simply walk away from a circle. Delete it, or hand it to someone else.
