Privacy: what Zeno24 keeps and for how long
Sharing in Zeno24 is always the member's own choice. Location sharing can be paused per circle, health sharing is off until you switch it on, and nobody can turn either on for you.
How long things are kept
- Location history: 30 days, then deleted. How much of it you can see depends on the circle's plan.
- Health totals: 32 days, then deleted.
- Support chat transcripts: 90 days.
- Feedback text is kept; screenshots attached to feedback are deleted after 90 days.
- A deleted account is purged after its 30-day grace period.
Get a copy of everything held about you
- Go to zeno24.com/account in any browser.
- Sign in with the email or phone number on your account.
- Ask for your data.
Writing to support does the same thing, if you would rather ask a person.
